Since you asked.... I think what's throwing me off is the glasses. 'Cause I like 'em. So, overall my vote is for the beard/glasses combo. I'm trying out the beard thing too.

i like the beard. though i'm not sure the reason isn't that i'm jealous of all bear-growers--andy scates being one of the finest.
charlene's advice: "tell him no beard, and i'm a girl! it makes him look older." i think she mentioned something about a shoe bomber too.

I am partial to the beard. Of course I have a beard and I am a shoe bomber. I also live in North Dakota where beards (even on women) are mandatory. You really need to go with the beard.
is there an in-between? compromise? the ever fashionable gotee? (you know that's the only option for William now that he's a pastor. to go clean shaven is to expose how young he really is. but to grow a full beard is just plain creepy to me.)
